The Presets’ New Album Out This June; Hitting The Road In Support Of The Release

Aussie electronic music legends The Presets are treating party-lovers to an electropop extravaganza this June, hitting Australian roads in support of their upcoming album ‘HI VIZ’.

Kicking off at the Metropolis Fremantle, the tour will head to Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre, Melbourne’s The Forum and University of Canberra Refectory. A pair of NSW dates will follow, with shows scheduled at Wollongong’s Towradgi Beach Hotel and Sydney’s Enmore Theatre respectively. Brisbane’s The Tivoli Theatre will be the last stop over before the tour wraps up at the Gold Coast’s Nightquarter. Apart from the album tour, The Presets are also set to kill their set at this year’s River Sessions.

‘HI VIZ’ is coming out on 01 June as the duo’s fourth studio album. It contains cuts like ‘14U+14ME’ and ‘Do What You Want’ and is said to feature collabs with equally talented musicians like DMA’s, Alison Wonderland and Jake Shears from Scissor Sisters to name a few.

Supporting The Presets on all shows will be one of Australia’s most sought-after DJs, Roland Ting. Roland emerged in the music scene in 2012 with his debut EP of acid house tracks. Melbourne electronic duo Kult Kyss will also be along for the ride. Kult Kyss exploded into the scene in 2016 with their club banger ‘Get Up Boy’.

Composed of Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes, The Presets pioneered dance music in Australia about 15 years ago. Within these years, they have released EPs, albums and chart-topping hits, graced some of the biggest festivals in and out of the country and bagged several awards and recognitions here and there.

The Presets‘ upcoming shows will surely be some of the biggest concert parties in town so snag your tickets and join the fun!
