Lana Del Rey To Bring ‘LA To The Moon’ Tour To Australia This 2018

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey will be hitting Australian stages this March to April in support of her fifth studio album called ‘Lust For Life’. The ‘LA To The Moon’ Tour will see her perform at the Brisbane Riverstage before rendering what will surely be a memorable performance at Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. She will cap the tour at the Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena.

Released in July last year, ‘Lust For Life’ became Lana’s second Billboard number one after 2014’s ‘Ultraviolence’. It is also vying for the Best Pop Vocal Album award at this year’s Grammy Awards to be held this January. Described by critics as a speck of light into the singer’s usually melancholic works, the album spawns hip hop and electro pop-influenced singles like ‘Love’, ‘Summer Bummer’ and a title track featuring The Weeknd which Lana is surely excited to perform before her Aussie fans.

Breaking into the scene in 2005, Lana gained global attention after her music video for “Video Games” went viral in 2011. Since then, she has released several chart-topping albums of melancholic, nostalgic, dreamy and cinematic quality. She is also often described as a retro-pop singer, mainly because her songs are suggestive of 50’s and 60’s sound.
