An Evening With Manu Feildel

Whet your buoyed appettite as the warm-hearted judge of My kitchen Rules, none other than Manu Feildel takes you to a journey through regional France’s gourmet specialties that will surely leave you drooling and your taste buds rallying for food.

Manu will get his kitchen roving starting from Perth, then to Sydney for two-consecutive shows then to Melbourne and finally to Brisbane this May.

An evening with Manu is full of surprises. Expect plenty of audience participation throughout the night as well as some practical cooking tips to try at home and perhaps some clowning, dancing, laughing and a lot of sauce. “It’s like a theatre variety show,” said Manu. “It’s the essence of Manu in many manifestations piped out on stage”.

Being one of the most popular personalities on Australian television, he has co-hosted the long-running top rating series My Kitchen Rules, and he has been a feature on Australian television for over a decade. He also appeared on Ready Steady Cook, The Circle, Sunrise, The Morning Show, 9am with David & Kim and co-hosting the series Boys Weekend. Manu proved that he not only has kitchen skills when he won the 11th series of Dancing with the Stars back in 2011.

Coming from a family of kitchen lovers, Manu’s great grandfather was a pastry chef, his grandfather and father were chefs, and his mother is a great cook – but as a child Manu saw his future on the stage rather than in the kitchen.

“I have always wanted to do a live theatre show,” said Manu. “These shows will be very surprising and a lot of fun. Yes there will be a lot of cooking, a lot of tips, a lot to learn about French cooking, but there will be so much more that no one expects.”
